i recently moved from india to paris to pursue my master's at iÉseg, and i am looking for a part-time job alongside my studies. while i have considered different types of student jobs, pet sitting is the one i would genuinely enjoy. i have always been surrounded by animals, and being around them has always been something that makes me happy. now that i am away from my own pets in india, i would love to continue spending time with animals here in paris while helping owners who need someone they can trust. for me, this is more than simply earning some extra money — it is an opportunity to do something i genuinely love while giving your pet the care and attention they deserve.

my love for animals started long before i ever thought of pet sitting. i grew up surrounded by pets at my grandmother's home, where we had two cats and three dogs. being around so many animals from a young age made caring for them a natural and very special part of my life. during my school years, i had shadow, my pomeranian, who is still very much a part of my life today. he was completely under my care, and i was his sole caretaker. i personally looked after his daily routine, feeding, exercise, training and overall well-being. i also trained him myself, teaching him basic commands, toilet training, recall, staying, leash walking and other everyday behaviours. shadow became much more than just a pet — he was my little companion and quite literally my shadow throughout my school years. later, during my college years, i welcomed my doberman, adonis, into my life. i have cared for him since he was very young, and he is now one year old. i have personally trained him as well, teaching him basic commands, recall, staying, toilet training and leash walking. through patience, consistency and spending a lot of time together, adonis has become extremely obedient and well-trained. being involved in his upbringing from such a young age has given me a lot of hands-on experience in understanding a dog's behaviour, energy and needs. i have also had the opportunity to look after my sister's pet, so caring for animals has never been limited to my own pets. having grown up around cats and dogs and having cared for both a pomeranian and a doberman, i have learned that every animal has its own personality. some are energetic and playful, some are calm and cuddly, while others may need a little more patience and reassurance. i genuinely enjoy getting to know these little personalities and making animals feel comfortable and happy around me. although most of my personal experience has been with dogs, i am extremely affectionate towards cats and genuinely love spending time with them. i would be very happy to provide them with companionship, feeding, playtime and attentive care while their owners are away. i am currently an international student at iÉseg school of management in paris and am looking for part-time pet-care opportunities alongside my studies. i am responsible, patient, attentive and punctual, and i understand how much trust an owner places in someone looking after their pet. i currently speak english and am learning french, so my french is still at beginner level. i am nevertheless very comfortable communicating with owners in english and carefully following instructions regarding each pet's routine and needs. for me, pet sitting isn't simply about completing a walk or feeding a pet. it's about making sure they feel safe, cared for, happy and loved while you're away. ???? i'd be very happy to meet you and your pet beforehand and get to know their personality, routine and little habits.
